Smashing Pumpkins' FREE Album

Photobucket
Some bands love to give their music away for free.

And we, the listeners, and receivers of this gratis musical bequest must take it as it comes, according to Smashing Pumkins' Billy Corgan.

Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, a 44-track piece of works he began yesterday will be available for free consumption starting in late October. And when Corgan says “free”, he means it. On their website he stated: “Free will mean free, which means you won’t have to sign up for anything, give an email address, or jump through a hoop. You will be able to go and take the song or songs as you wish,as many as you wish.”

Corgan also promises to return to “the original psychedelic roots of The Smashing Pumpkins: atmospheric, melodic, heavy, and pretty.”

There will be highly limited edition EPs' available, more like keep-sakes, of the album. And, when the whole thing's finished, Teargarden by Kaleidyscope will be assembled into a deluxe box set that will be available for purchase, with money.
