The Outside Lands Festival in San Francisco has announced their initial line-up, which features Pearl Jam, the Beastie Boys, and Dave Mattews Band as its headliners. The festival will take place August 28-30 at the Golden Gate Park, and will also host M.I.A., Modest Mouse, the Mars Volta, Black Eyed Peas, Ween, Thievery Corporation, Incubus and Jason Mraz.
Pre-sale tickets will go on sale this Wednesday, April 15. The festival will mark Pearl Jam’s first concert in America since their Madison Square Garden show last July.
This year marks only the second year for the annual festival. Last year’s festival featured tons of wine vendors offering great deals on cases of bottles and discounts for the rest of the year. So, if you like wine, music and California, plan a little back-to-school getaway. It’s not like football season will have started yet.
