Green Day’s got a lot going on. Not only are they helping to bring a musical version of their 2004 Grammy-winning album American Idiot to Broadway, they have just revealed the release date of their forthcoming album entitled 21st Century Breakdown. The record will hit stores (and Web sites) May 15, a (gasp!) Friday. In the U.S., albums are generally released on Tuesday.
Though you’ll have to wait until May to get the whole album, this month (yeah, it’s already April) the band will be releasing the first single off the album, entitled “Know Your Enemy” and will debut new music videos on MTV and VH1.
