Earl Simmons, more commonly known as DMX, threw a food tray at a detention officer inside a Phoenix jail. Because of this incident, the rapper will spend 18 months on supervised probation. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was just released from jail after serving time on charges of animal abuse, drugs and theft.
