Emerging Hip-Hop Artist B.o.B: Why He is the Next Big Thing

Photobucket

Hailing from Decatur, Georgia, B.o.B may be the next Andre 3000. Yes, I am being serious.

He blurs the boundaries between what is rock, pop and hip-hop with his up-beat melodies. You must listen to his “Lonely People,” combining The Beatles’ “Eleanor Rigby” with his own style and lyrics.

Another song to check out is “I’ll be in the Sky.” The song showcases his musical ability by demonstrating that B.o.B can successfully spit out decent rhymes and he can indeed sing. You can almost hear the enthusiasm this young artist has for his music in the fast-paced rhythms he has created, such as “Created a Monster.” Check him out at South Decatur Mall on May 28 at 8:00 pm.

Currently listening to: "You Don't Know Me" by Ben Folds featuring Regina Spektor from Way to Normal.
