A 'Pleasing' Cover of an '80s Classic
She & Him have covered several classic songs such as; Smokey Robinson’s “You Really Got a Hold on Me,” The Beatles’ “I Should Have Known Better” and Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’ “I Put A Spell on You.” You can now add another to the list as the indie duo have covered The Smiths’ “Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want” for the upcoming film release of 500 Days of Summer. The film’s soundtrack includes songs from bands like The Black Lips, Feist and two tracks from Regina Spektor and will be released on July 14.
