Photobucket

After Michael Jackson’s will was filed in Los Angeles, it has been announced that Diana Ross will succeed Jackson’s mother as guardian of his three children.

All of Jackson’s estate is left to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, but leaving out former wife Debbie Rowe completely. The will was written in 2002 and the estate is worth an estimated $500 million.

Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, has been named sole beneficiary of the trust and guardian of Michael Joseph Jr., Paris Michael Katherine and Prince Michael II.

The title of co-executors of the will include Jackson’s lawyer John Branca and friend of the family John McClain.
