4th of July happenings in Athens!

The weather man is calling for a picture perfect 4th of July Saturday, which means great chances for music fans to soak in some patriotic concerts around Athens.

Packway Handle Band and The Melting Point present the 1st annual Red, White and Brewgrass Festival!
Noon- Midnight at the Melting Point in downtown Athens!
Featuring 14 Bands on 2 Stages. Music all day long. Performers include: Mountain Heart, Packway Handle Band, Mayhem String Band, The Dappled Grays,The Corduroy Road, Jumpin' Jesus Christers, Bob Hay and the Jolly Beggars, Peachtree Station, Curley Maple, Solstice Sisters, Johnny Roquemore, String Theory, N. Ga Bluegrass Band, and Hawk Proof Rooster. All Ages Show! Doors open at 12:00 p.m, tickets $20 day of show.
