Pearl Jam announced on its Web site today that the bands' frontman, Eddie Vedder will hit the road this summer making stops in selected Eastern and Southern U.S. cities. The 14-date solo adventure begins June 8 in Albany, NY, then on to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Nashville, Memphis, ATLANTA, and wrapping it up in Maui and Honolulu. New Zealand singer-songwriter, Liam Finn, who supported Vedder on last year's tour for the "Into the Wild" soundtrack, will serve as the opening act once more in all of the listed cities. Want tickets? A presale for current Pearl Jam fan club members will run through April 10 and lucky for us, Vedder will be at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta on June 23 with an unconfirmed show on the following night. Visit
www.pearljam.com for more info. The combination of tiny venues and loads of fans will make it difficult to score some tickets, so good luck!
