Along with the release of the new album, Matador, the label that will release YLT’s newest are trying something new this year with a program called Buy Early Get Now. Fans who purchase Popular Songs through this program will not only be granted a preview stream of the entire album on August 4, but will also receive a bonus MP3, a vinyl copy of the Adventureland (think Waiting but with no dandruff-laden steak) Score performed by Yo La Tengo and a poster.
An album, a tour, a poster and an early preview; I can hear their hearts all rapidly beating as one as Yo La Tengo comes back to the indie forefront in full force. Welcome back!
