Chris Brown’s aggression appears to be rubbing off. A photographer filed a lawsuit yesterday accusing Brown’s bodyguards of assault and battery, emotional distress and negligence. The photographer, Robert Rosen, claimed that the bodyguards chased after him and assaulted him, causing him to fall down a flight of stairs after he tried to take a picture of Brown playing basketball. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, (who Brown has been keeping very busy lately) said in a statement that Rosen “has done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.” (Rosen unsuccessfully sued Pierce Brosnan in 2007 under similar circumstances.) Brown’s legal team won’t have too much time to worry about Rosen’s lawsuit though, because today they will all be in the Los Angeles County Superior Court for a completely separate case concerning Brown’s two felony counts against ex-girlfriend Rihanna. So the legal team might just have to table Rosen’s lawsuit until after Brown’s felony charges are taken care of. Ironically, and unfortunately for Brown, his felony hearing and Rosen’s lawsuit both come just a day after he premiered a video of him and Bow Wow on the Web, in which Brown claims vehemently that “I ain’t a monster.” Sorry Chris, but for some reason, I’m just not buying it.
