Blink-182 play first reunion show, release tour dates

Photobucket

Pop-punk trio blink-182 played their first show together in four years last night at a party to unveil the new T-Mobile Sidekick at Hollywood’s Paramount Pictures. Drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM were already scheduled to perform, as was Weezer (who apparently did a cover of Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” and MGMT’s “Kids”), and blink-182 took the stage at the end for a surprise ending. They played 3 songs (“The Rock Show,” “The Feeling,” and “Dammit”) and bassist Mark Hoppus wrote on his blog: “To be honest, it was one of the best nights of my life… Thanks to Travis and Tom. You are my brothers, and it feels amazing to share the stage with you once again.” This morning, the band released their full summer tour schedule via Billboard. They will be joined by Fall Out Boy for 2/3 of the tour, and Weezer will join them for the rest (opening band dates are not posted yet). Sept. 29, ATL, any takers? Yes, I am still 14 years old.
