Hailing from good old Paris, France, Phoenix exudes a fresh sound among the overpopulated indie alternative rock genre. The four french boys formed in 1999, having released four albums to date. Their highly anticipated fifth record, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, will be released worldwide on May 25. The band made an appearance on SNL this past April and will be trotting the globe this summer, including dates at Bonnaroo in June and Austin City Limits in October.
